All partners must work through an RTX employee to apply. * Charitable Giving Guidelines ### Standard Grants Our standard grants are larger, invite-only donations and must demonstrate a strong tie to one of RTX’s priority outcomes. **New** nonprofit partners can apply for consideration during our open grant period:**June 1 – July 31**.
RTX Charitable Giving Requests### Volunteer Grants RTX is proud to offer employees opportunities to engage with local causes that make a big impact. Employees who volunteer with an organization can submit for a volunteer grant up to $5,000. RTX Volunteer Grant Program – Nonprofit Guide### In-Kind Donations RTX occasionally offers in-kind donations of goods and services to nonprofits.
