Health Equity Innovation Fund Our grant management system streamlines the application process, allowing applicants to upload documents and track follow-up communications. Proposals will be accepted through our new grant management system, which requires grantees to first establish a profile and complete an eligibility check.

Disaster funds provided by the Humana Foundation, along with matching donations made by Humana Inc. associates, are primary directed to provide immediate relief and long-term community health and recovery.

Additional funding may also be available for disaster preparedness in communities that are planning and training for a more equitable response to disasters, which accounts for unique needs across age, race, ethnicity and gender identity.
