Home - Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation Join us on June 20th at 9am at Shepard Kollock Park in Chatham, NJ for a 5K run or walk benefiting the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Club at Summit High School. Hosted in partnership with The Body Shop Fitness, this rain-or-shine event will help raise funds to provide support and resources for women facing breast cancer in New Jersey.
Every participant helps make a difference in the lives of women who need care and support during some of their most challenging times. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation, helping to ensure all women in NJ have access to breast health care. Whether you’re an avid runner, walker or looking to support a great cause in a meaningful way, we welcome participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Runner or Walker Registration Through our sponsored facilities, the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation serves underprivileged and vulnerable women by ensuring the availability of top-quality breast-health services that include screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
The Foundation provides financial assistance to programs and needs deemed most crucial to the health and wellbeing of patients and offers collaborative support to provide resources, education, advocacy and empowerment to the women we serve. Connie Dwyer Breast Center at Trinitas The Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation partnered with Trinitas Regional Medical Center to build a Connie Dwyer Breast Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The new centered opened its doors on October 1, 2018. Connie is thankful to those who have embraced her life-saving mission.
The new state-of-the-art breast center provides the latest equipment and services available to provide all women with top-quality breast care from screening to diagnosis to treatment.
