Join us on October 23, 2026 , at the beautiful Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ, for an unforgettable evening honoring every woman whose life has been touched by breast cancer. As our most important fundraising event of the year, the Embrace Hope Gala supports our mission to ensure that no woman in New Jersey is denied access to breast health care because of her ability to pay.
Through our sponsored facilities, the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation serves underprivileged and vulnerable women by ensuring the availability of top-quality breast-health services that include screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
The Foundation provides financial assistance to programs and needs deemed most crucial to the health and wellbeing of patients and offers collaborative support to provide resources, education, advocacy and empowerment to the women we serve. Connie Dwyer Breast Center at Trinitas The Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation partnered with Trinitas Regional Medical Center to build a Connie Dwyer Breast Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The new centered opened its doors on October 1, 2018. Connie is thankful to those who have embraced her life-saving mission.
