Develop and execute a consumer-facing advocacy campaign. The Consumer Advocacy grant allows local and state associations to create consumer advocacy campaigns in their communities that engage consumers to advance wise public policies to strengthen the real estate market, promote property ownership, and build strong communities. Consumer Advocacy Database Amplify an existing advocacy campaign to engaged consumers. We encourage state and local associations to engage with consumers in their communities on real estate policy issues. NAR has more than 10 million consumer names and email addresses are in the Consumer Advocacy database.

These consumers have previously shown or demonstrated interest in NAR’s issue or consumer outreach campaigns. Every state and territory has names in the database. If your association has an issue campaign, whether or not supported financially by NAR, the shared Consumer Advocacy database can give your association an edge in rallying public support.
