The Anne Arundel and Annapolis Coalition to End Homelessness (MD-503 CoC) used the Ranking and Review Criteria for Renewal and New Projects posted at the bottom of this webpage to evaluate projects for inclusion in the FY 2026 CoC Consolidated Application. The following projects were evaluated and ranked based on approved Ranking and Review Criteria.
Below is the list of projects reviewed and ranked for the FY2026 Continuum of Care Competition for the MD-503 CoC. All projects with a ranking number have been accepted and will be submitted to HUD for funding consideration. The MD-503 CoC will also submit an application for Planning funds, which is not included in the project ranking.
