Contracts For Services — Fulton County | Arts & Culture ABOUT CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES The 2026 Arts Funding Cycle HAS BEEN EXTENDED!! Submit Your Application by February 3, 2026 11:59pm . The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) has extended the 2026 Contracts for Services (CFS) application deadline to allow for a brief relaunch of the grants cycle.
This extension ensures applicants have adequate time to complete and upload newly required compliance documentation, including E-Verify affidavits and additional immigration-related requirements applicable to individual applicants, such as the submission of a valid Georgia-issued identification.
Each year, Fulton County invests in nonprofit organizations and artists to ensure residents have access to a wide range of high-quality arts and cultural experiences. FCAC is pleased to offer Contracts for Services (CFS) funding for the 2026 cycle, with award amounts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 .
Eligible applicants include Fulton County–based: Arts and cultural nonprofit organizations Community-based nonprofit organizations Public schools, colleges, and universities Applicants are encouraged to apply for service contracts that support arts programming taking place January 1 through December 31, 2026 , in alignment with FCAC’s mission to expand access, participation, and appreciation of the arts for all Fulton County residents.
The Contracts for Services Program provides general operating and project support to eligible nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, cultural institutions, colleges and universities, and government entities that produce or present ongoing public arts programming.
Funded programs should: Reflect Fulton County’s cultural diversity Engage audiences of all ages Stimulate neighborhood vitality Support economic development Contribute to job creation within the arts sector Applications must be submitted through the WebGrants system: https://fulton. dullestech.
net During the relaunch period, applicants should carefully review all updated compliance requirements and ensure that required E-Verify affidavits and individual documentation, where applicable, are submitted as part of a complete application.
CFS applications are evaluated using the following criteria: Organizational Effectiveness Service to the Community and the Field Project and Program Clarity Applications are reviewed through a competitive process by an advisory panel of professionals representing a broad range of artistic disciplines.
Review and Approval Process Applications are reviewed by FCAC staff, the Fulton County Arts Council, and the Allocations Committee to ensure alignment with Fulton County’s strategic goal: “All People’s Lives Are Culturally and Recreationally Enriched. ” Final funding recommendations are submitted to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners for approval.
CFS funding works in coordination with corporate and foundation support to sustain a vibrant and accessible arts ecosystem throughout Fulton County. Deadlines for submitting complete and accurate applications, required compliance documentation, and final reports are strictly enforced. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review program guidelines at www.
fultonarts. org and contact CFS staff early in the planning process to confirm eligibility and compliance requirements. All applications must be submitted via WebGrants by 11:59 p.
m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted or reviewed.

As part of the 2026 Contracts for Services (CFS) funding cycle, FCAC is now accepting proposals under the Veterans Arts Services category.
This funding opportunity supports arts programming that enhances the well-being, engagement, and creative expression of veterans across Fulton County. Application Deadline For Veterans Arts Services ONLY: Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 11:59 p. m.
This opportunity is open to nonprofit organizations whose mission includes serving veterans and who propose arts-related programs or activities designed to support veteran communities. Applicants may propose arts project activities taking place between January 1 and December 31, 2026 .
Eligible programming may include, but is not limited to: Visual, performing, literary, or media arts programming Arts-based therapeutic or wellness activities Community-based arts engagement for veterans Arts education and skill-building opportunities Applicants must apply under the Veterans Arts Services funding category in the WebGrants system.

During its meeting on July 10, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved to award $3 million in funding to arts community Arts nonprofits through the Department of Arts & Culture. Funding ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 is awarded through the Contracts for Services (CFS) program to provide essential funding support for 172 non-profit organizations, public entities, and individual artists.
Recipients will provide contracted services including art classes, workshops, master classes, residencies, festivals, exhibitions, concerts, lectures, and activities proposed to occur between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
