We view our global corporate giving as an opportunity for Jazz to help improve patients’ lives by filling unmet needs, demonstrating our commitment to the communities we serve, and making an impact through meaningful support to organizations, initiatives, and causes that reflect our mission, values and strategic focus.

This website and the application portal may be used for unsolicited corporate giving requests from charitable organizations only. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to, and capacity for, providing the services for which they are requesting support. Before submitting a request for support, applicants should determine whether they are a qualifying organization and carefully review the corporate giving criteria.

Across all corporate giving, funding must be consistent with our compliance policies and corporate objectives, and such funding cannot violate any applicable FDA, federal, individual country, or international health care program requirements.

The marketing, use, purchase or prescription of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ products and/or the recipient’s potential to influence the marketing use, purchase or prescription of those products are independent from corporate giving and will not be considered when deciding on a corporate giving request.

Corporate giving cannot provide support for activities that are promotional in nature (e.g., brand-specific promotional speaker activities); related to promotion of a commercial product (e.g., commercial exhibits); or operational funding for patient advocacy organizations.

Corporate Giving Organization Eligibility Corporate Giving Request Criteria Corporate Giving Application & Review Process In order to be considered for corporate giving support, eligible organizations must be non-profit organizations that support awareness, study or treatment of diseases in our therapeutic areas of focus; support the patient journey; support underserved, minority or health disparate populations; support the improvement of communities in which our employees live and work; or otherwise support our corporate strategy and initiatives.

Please note, that in order to be eligible for corporate giving, any U.S. applicant must be a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)-(3) or 501(c)-(6) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code; applicants outside of the U.S. must qualify as a charitable organization within the country where they reside.

Examples of Organizations that May Qualify as a Recipient of Corporate Giving Include: Patient advocacy organizations Advocacy organizations that support underserved, minority or health disparate populations General disease or healthcare organizations Charitable or philanthropic organizations (non-healthcare specific) Healthcare professional organizations or associations Medical or scientific societies Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry organizations Community or civic organizations Jazz Pharmaceuticals generally does not provide corporate giving for: individuals, individual scholarships and individual travel support; government agencies, employees and contractors; general education funds (e.g., must be a specific program or event); political purposes; religious purposes; initiatives that pose a conflict of interest with the commercial or development goals of Jazz Pharmaceuticals; or retrospective or aggregated grants.

We are committed to supporting programs through corporate grants and sponsorships that benefit patients and support disease awareness and education. These supported programs are healthcare-related and consistent with Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ therapeutic areas of focus, including the areas of sleep and hematology/oncology.

We are also committed to being an exemplary corporate citizen and contributing to the wellbeing of the communities in which we live and work and supporting underserved, minority or health disparate populations.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals accepts unsolicited corporate giving requests for independent charitable assistance programs (ICPAP) for U.S. applicants only on a biannual basis. Applications are accepted during the months of October (for consideration the following calendar year) and April (for consideration the same calendar year) and may be submitted via the online portal HERE .

Jazz Pharmaceuticals accepts all other types of unsolicited corporate giving requests on a rolling basis. Applications may be submitted via the online portal HERE . Every application will be reviewed for consistency with our compliance policies, corporate objectives, and Global Patient Advocacy & Engagement mission and values.

Requests are processed in the order in which they are submitted and receive a fair review during the review process by the applicable Jazz committee. Corporate giving applications must be submitted and accepted by the applicable committee at least 60 days in advance of the activity date.
