Each year our member agencies are allocated a portion of funds donated by the community through the annual campaign.
Allocation partners participate in an annual allocations process which includes an application and visit from a Visiting Allocations Team. ## Empowering Nonprofit Excellence Through Training ## Leadership, Education And Readiness for Nonprofits The **LEARN United Program** of United Way of Central Alabama equips nonprofit professionals with the tools and knowledge to maximize their impact.
