CIP Grants | Texas Children's Commission Court Improvement Program Grants The Children’s Commission (Commission) administers the federal Court Improvement Program (CIP) grant which is awarded to the highest court in each state by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for the improvement of courts' handling of child abuse and neglect.
Grant Application Information and Links to Apply Please note that the online application will identify the applicant’s Internet Protocol (IP) address once information has been entered into the application. This will allow the applicant to return to the application at a later date if needed. To return to an application that has been started, applicants must follow the link from the same computer initially used to start the application.
