Independent businesses located within the CRA may be eligible to apply for the CRA Façade Grant Program for improvements such as exterior lighting, landscaping, benches, bicycle racks, and public art, as well as entrances, windows, and ADA compliance.

Click Here for the Home Improvement Grant Application (PDF) CRA Home Improvement Grant Opportunities CRA Demolition Assistance Program The purpose of the Demolition Program is to provide grants to eligible applicants on a first come, first served basis with the intent to reduce or eliminate the costs associated with the removal of substandard structures when the cost to rehabilitate is not feasible.
Properties must be located within the boundaries of the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency to be eligible for grant funds. Grant awards amount up to $5,000 for for residential and up to $20,000 for commercial.
