html)here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. The AstraZeneca Foundation is currently accepting grant requests of $200,000 - $220,000 for review and consideration for its next cohort of CHANGE grant awardees.
Organizations receiving funding in 2026 may be considered for renewed funding on an annual basis for two additional years, contingent upon meeting objectives, funding availability and approval by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. * Review our [](https://www. astrazeneca.

The AstraZeneca Foundation’s CHANGE program accepts applications from US-based nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3) designation, public schools, government entities and municipal organizations that are allowed to accept tax deductible, charitable contributions.
Additional exclusions apply. In 2026, nonprofit organizations applying for a CHANGE grant must meet the following criteria: * Organizations must serve communities in one of the following locations in which AstraZeneca has a footprint:**California**,**Delaware**,**Maryland**,**Massachusetts**or**Texas**. * Organizations must have a total revenue of $12 million or less in their most recent tax year.
* Organizations must work to improve access to quality healthcare for populations experiencing health disparities. * Organizations must provide services tailored to the needs of their communities to help improve healthcare access while considering social drivers of health that impact community members.
This may include but is not limited to: • Providing access to healthcare services (e.g., screenings, wellness and prevention services); • Coordinating healthcare services (e.g., via case managers, health coaches); and • Mitigating barriers that impact access to healthcare services (e.g., transportation, affordability, physical accessibility, language).
* Greater weight is given to organizations that provide services in areas of low-income and/or remote/rural areas and include a focus on screenings, early detection, treatment and/or continuity of care for cardiovascular, renal, respiratory or immunologic diseases and/or cancers.
* Additional preference will be given to organizations establishing new partnerships and broader coalitions of community-based organizations or expanding existing partnerships with the intent of breaking down institutional silos and facilitating access to quality healthcare through inter-institutional collaboration. **Review the detailed criteria[](https://www. astrazeneca.

Organizations selected as finalists will be notified and invited to submit a full, formal application through the CyberGrants platform beginning June 10, 2026 through July 8, 2026 at 5:00 p. m.
E. T. A selection of finalists will receive grants based on funding availability and decision by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

**September 2026*** 2026 grant awardees are notified. * Finalists not selected for funding are notified. **Fall 2026*** 2026 grant awardees are publicly announced.
**November 1, 2026**** Funded organizations launch grant activities. **October 31, 2027*** First year grant activities conclude. *Organizations selected for funding will need to review and sign a Letter of Agreement prior to receiving funds.
