Alabama State Council on the Arts Grant Application Process to Organizations and Schools Artistic Literacy Consortium Center for Traditional Culture Cultural Arts Events Calendar Before Submitting an Application Before you submit an application for funding to the Alabama State Council on the guidelines for fiscal year 2027 for more detailed information on program components, eligibility requirements and general evaluation criteria.

All applications, with the exception of Folklife Apprenticeships requests, must be submitted electronically via this portal.
