Pennsylvania Creative Industries Pennsylvania Creative Industries Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), offers funding support to organizations and individuals across the commonwealth, through a variety of programs.
With the adoption of our current strategic framework, we are working to align our funding portfolio to better meet the needs of Pennsylvania’s evolving creative sector, and to provide broader, direct support across the Commonwealth’s vast creative landscape.
As of July 1, 2026, the **Folk and Traditional Arts Apprenticeships** and **Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF)** programs will discontinue statewide, and the **Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator** program will no longer be administered by Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA). As of August 31, 2026, funding available through the **Arts in Education Partnership** program will discontinue statewide.
Our new programs offer flexible support, technical assistance, and networking opportunities to a wide range of organizations and disciplines. * Organizations previously receiving funding through the CSFF, with revenue between $10,000-under $100,000, may be interested in our Spotlight grant program, which provides direct support to smaller arts organizations and arts programs.
* Organizations with revenue between $100,000 and $2 million may be interested in our Creative Asset Program.
