Eligible applicants include private non-profits or public organizations certified by the Texas Crime Stoppers Council that facilitate anonymous tip management, rewards, and information sharing with law enforcement or schools. Funding can be used for tip management software, advertising, non-law enforcement salaries, and travel for approved training.
