Kent County Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF) The Kent County Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF) Small Grant Program will consider small requests up to a maximum of $4,000 on a rolling basis that support allowable initiatives that benefit low-income communities in Kent County.
Kent County anticipates that a total of $20,000 will be available to the CRRF Small Grant Program on an annual basis to support small funding requests made throughout the year.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with reviews and funding decisions made quarterly as follows until annual allocations are expended: Application Submission Period October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026 April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026 Please contact the Grants Program Administrator, Joanne McNamara, at jmcnamara@kentgov. org with any questions.
Kent County CRRF Small Grant Program – Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Instructions CRRF Small Grant Program Application (Word) Kent County Opioid Restitution Fund: 2026 ORF SMALL GRANT PROGRAM The Kent County Opioid Restitution Fund (ORF) Small Grant Program will consider small requests up to a maximum of $4,000 on a rolling basis that fund allowable opioid abatement activities under the terms of the National Settlement Agreements.
Kent County anticipates that a total of $20,000 will be available to the Small Grant Program on an annual basis to fund small opioid abatement-related funding requests made throughout the year.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with reviews and funding decisions made quarterly as follows until annual allocations are expended: Application Submission Period October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026 April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026 Please contact the Grants Program Administrator, Joanne McNamara, at jmcnamara@kentgov. org with any questions.
