Home Divisions Community Services CSBG Scholarships Achieve your post-secondary education goals with a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) scholarship.
Apply for a CSBG scholarship by April 30, 2026, at 4:30pm CT if you meet the following requirements: Resident of Champaign County At or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines based on family household income Enrolled at an accredited post-secondary school, college, or vocational institute for Fall 2026 but have NOT already completed a bachelor’s degree Part-time or full-time student Applications will be scored based upon academic information (Grade-Point Average), quality of the essay, community involvement, confirmation of viewing the required video training , and application itself.
