Fueled by Farmers | Dairy MAX - Your Local Dairy Council The Dairy MAX Fueled by Farmers Grant Program supports school districts in dairy farming communities across the Dairy MAX region which includes Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Montana, Texas and Wyoming . This program offers two unique opportunities to help schools fuel their student athletes with the power of dairy.
Fueled by Farmers Cooler Grant Bring dairy nutrition straight to your athletes with a Fueled by Farmers cooler , a custom-branded, glass-front refrigerator (27" x 31. 5" x 81. 2") designed to keep milk cold and ready for recovery.
The cooler is a great way to promote chocolate milk as the ultimate recovery beverage for student athletes. Schools are responsible for sourcing the milk. Each recipient school will also receive a Fueled by Farmers banner to display at a campus sports venue.
At the end of each semester (for two semesters), cooler recipients will share the following with Dairy MAX: Number of student athletes who used the Fueled by Farmers cooler. Number of milk units provided to athletes. Team or individual success stories.
We love celebrating your Fueled by Farmers wins! Fueled by Farmers Milk Grant Schools can apply for a one-time $2,500 grant to purchase chocolate milk for their student athletes. Each grant recipient will also receive a Fueled by Farmers banner to proudly display at a campus sports venue.
At the end of the semester in which the grant was awarded, recipients will provide: Number of student athletes served using grant funds. Number of milk units purchased. Team or individual success stories from the semester.
Unused grant dollars may be carried over to the next semester. If funds carry over, the same reporting requirements apply for that term. Grants are awarded based on the strength of the school’s application and its ability to fulfill reporting requirements.
