15 Final Spring and Summer Deadline: Nov. 1 General Scholarship Application Visit the Foundation Scholarship Opportunities page. Note: The general scholarship application automatically places you in the applicant pool for over 300 scholarships, based on your eligibility.

There are no age restrictions on many foundation scholarships, and there are no age restrictions on federal student aid eligibility. As a Promise student, am I eligible for foundation scholarships? No, due to Promise scholarship covering all tuition (books included).
Do I need to complete the FAFSA? Some scholarships awarded through this competitive application process require the recipient to show financial need as determined by the annual Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). All newly admitted and continuing Dallas College students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA, regardless of family income.
There is no application fee, and the eligibility information received from the application will assist with budgeting for education-related expenses. Complete the FAFSA online at FAFSA. gov .
