Food systems Transformation - Danone Ecosystem We help build the food system of tomorrow . For over 15 years, Danone Ecosystem has empowered communities, protected nature and strengthened healthcare systems through 100+ concrete projects. We’re taking that experience and using it to work in and around Danone’s value chain to help its transition into one that is: healthy , circular , sustainable , regenerative and inclusive .

We assist farmers and local beneficiaries in their transition to regenerative agriculture, helping restore soil health, preserve biodiversity, and improve farming resilience. We work to protect and restore critical watersheds through inclusive, multi-stakeholder approaches by promoting integrated watershed management and supporting regenerative agriculture.

We support inclusive plastic collection systems that reduce pollution and improve conditions for waste pickers, particularly those working in the informal sector. We are building resilient care systems that are holistic, inclusive, & grounded in real-life needs – with nutrition as one of the essential pillars of long-term health.

We drive systemic change through collaborative private and public partnerships, co-creating projects with local people, NGOs, governments, and Danone businesses. Together, we leverage local insights and expertise, transforming community knowledge into impactful collaborative solutions that last.
