High Contrast Mode On or Off switch Department of Energy & Environmental Protection DEEP Clean Water Act Section 319 Nonpoint Source Grants Priorities included: Watershed Based Plan Implementation or Development Projects which lead to targeted pollutant load reductions and/or restoring impaired waters, including but not limited to habitat improvements, dam removal, improved stormwater runoff management, and improved agricultural practices.
DEEP may consider implementation projects that are not connected to an existing WBP, which target impaired waters. Projects should identify match with non-federal funds, however applicants that cannot achieve this goal should contact DEEP. watershed@ct.
