Delta Dental Program | United Way of Reno County Welcome to the Delta Dental Program page, a collaboration between Delta Dental of Kansas (DDKS) and United Way of Reno County. We're dedicated to extending dental benefits to individuals who may otherwise lack access to quality care. If you're facing financial constraints or are uninsured, you could qualify for affordable dental services through our partnership program.
By completing a simple application and providing income verification, you may be eligible to receive dental care for as low as $5 per individual or $10 per family. With coverage extending up to $3000 worth of dental services in a given year, this program aims to ensure that dental health remains within reach for all.
To get started, review the qualifying questions below and submit your application with the necessary documentation to United Way of Reno County. Don't let financial barriers stand in the way of your oral health. Apply today and join us in building healthier smiles for our community.
*Each additional person add $12,850 If these options apply to you, please print and complete this application and consent form . You COULD POSSIBLY qualify for dental care for $5 per individual or $10 per family and receive up to $3000 worth of dental care in a given year.
