DHCF Grant Opportunities | dhcf DHCF is authorized to execute grants with governmental bodies, public and private agencies, institutions and organizations. Chapter 18 of Title 29 DCMR governs DHCF’s standards for determining who may receive a grant and under what circumstances, and the procedures for awarding a grant.
The standards were developed to be consistent with requirements set forth in the City-Wide Grant Manual and Sourcebook issued by the Office of the City Administrator (OCA). The Mayor’s Office on Volunteerism & Partnerships is the electronic clearinghouse for all District of Columbia government grant notices.
