Digital Equity Competitive Grant Program is sponsored by National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). This program supports efforts to achieve digital equity, promote digital inclusion activities, and spur greater adoption and meaningful use of broadband among 'Covered Populations,' which include low-income households, older people, veterans, and members of racial or ethnic minority groups.
Funds can be used for digital inclusion activities, training programs, workforce development, and access to equipment and technology.

Entities that have served as the administering entity for a State under the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program or State Digital Equity Capacity Grant Program are not eligible.
