This funding is administered by the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) to provide grants and support an array of initiatives. MIF FY 2025 Annual Report Meeting agendas and minutes Annual Meeting Schedule 2025 Explore programs that foster Talent Development Our talent development programs empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s advanced manufacturing environment.
From hands-on training to leadership development, each initiative is designed to support career growth and drive industry innovation. Talent Development Programs Receive up to $15,000 wage subsidy per apprentice or pre-apprentice to train and fill critical positions required for stability, continuity, and growth.
Incumbent Worker Training Receive up to $50,000 annually to reimburse manufacturers for half (50%) of training costs incurred to upskill their employees to meet current and emerging market demands. Receive up to $14,000 in wage subsidy for (4) summer interns - post internship openings and searching available resumes.
University faculty receive stipends to participate in a program that utilizes advanced hardware, software, and industry expertise to teach best practices to inform course curriculum Providing women in STEM with access to mentorship opportunities, career guidance, and robust support networks Resilient Companies Programs Explore programs that support Resilient Companies Our programs are designed to support manufacturing companies in building resilient, sustainable businesses through innovation, efficiency, and strategic growth.
