Disability and Health Grants is sponsored by Wolfson Foundation. Supports projects that promote excellence in disability and health, including capital projects and equipment funding.

The Wolfson Foundation – Disability and Health - Get Grants Skip to primary navigation The Wolfson Foundation is a charity awarding grants to projects that support and promote excellence and has awarded over £750 million since their establishment in 1955. They grant funding to registered charities and organisations with charitable status that are undertaking capital projects or require funding for equipment.

A key programme of the charity is their Health & Disability strand.

The charity supports projects that focus on enhancing care, providing better opportunities and improving quality of life, and are particularly interested in projects that focus on Physical disabilities (including visual and hearing impairments and rehabilitation Learning disabilities and mental health Palliative/end of life care The size of the grants vary from £15,000 to £100,000 with larger amounts given to key, strategic projects deemed ambitious and well-thought out, with a clear long focus.

Match funding is also required for projects over £50,000. The application process is in two stages, which is online and can be found on the Health and Disability section of the website .
