This fund, supported by an initial $32. 2 million in County funds, will provide direct financial relief to homeowners, tenants, workers, small business owners, and nonprofits most affected by the fires. Donors can restrict their funding to either impacted fire areas by further stating “ Eaton Fire ” or “ Palisades Fire .

” Donations received without a fire area restriction will be unrestricted and used for eligible individuals from both areas. This portal serves as a one-stop resource to connect with trusted organizations that are providing crucial relief and support to those affected. Below are funds focused on supporting first responders, offering housing assistance, providing relief for small businesses and workers, and removing barriers for students and communities. Together, we can unite to help our neighbors and LA County recover stronger than before.

First Responder & County Support Funds assisting firefighters and front-line personnel. Rebuild Lives: Providing displaced families and individuals with housing and relocation assistance. Education & Community Support Empowering the Future: Removing barriers to education and communities overcoming disaster challenges by addressing short- and long-term needs.

Meeting Critical Needs: Providing essential aid, including food, shelter, mental health, and medical care. LA Region Worker Relief Fund Relief funds are available for eligible displaced workers experiencing job loss or significant wage reductions and help find new employment opportunities.

LA Region Small Business Relief Fund Relief funds are available for small businesses and non–profits who lost their business or revenue and need to recover and rebuild their legacy business.

The program will provide grants up to $18K for eligible applicants. The Fund will be administered by Community-Based Organization(s) with the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. Homeowners and tenants who have been physically displaced may be eligible for up to $18,000 grants. Applications will open February 2025. Technical assistance will be made available to applicants, including accessibility in multiple languages.

Immediate cash assistance for the most impacted residents. The grant is intended to provide flexible support for the households’ immediate needs and promote their general welfare until longer term recovery resources become available. LA Region Worker Relief Fund LA County and partners have launched an LA Region Worker Relief Fund for workers displaced and impacted by the 2025 wind and wildfire disaster.

The program will provide grants up to $2,000 for eligible applicants to access relief and find economic security and new employment opportunities. The Fund will be administered by AidKit in partnership with Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity, City of Los Angeles Economic Workforce Development Department, and community organizations.

Grants will be awarded to workers with employment and wage loss due to the emergency who reside in LA County and are 18 years or older. Grants will be awarded based on impact and direct ability to access relief. Eligible workers with employment or wage loss will receive $2,000 in cash assistance.

Grants will be administered by DEO and Community-Based Organization partners. The Worker Relief Fund application is open now until March 12th at 5 p. m.

The program will provide grants up to $25,000 for eligible applicants to access relief, start to recover, and rebuild their business in LA County and will be administered by AidKit in partnership with Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity, City of Los Angeles Economic Workforce Development Department, and community organizations.

Grants will provide support small businesses and nonprofits in LA County with an average annual gross receipt of $6 million or less and 100 or fewer employees, directly impacted by the 2025 wind and wildfire disaster, are eligible to apply.

Small businesses and non-profits facing space or revenue loss in the impacted areas earning an average annual gross receipt of $6 million or less with 100 or fewer employees may be eligible for $2,000 to $25,000 grants corresponding to economic impact. Grants will be administered by DEO and Community-Based Organization partner. The Small Business Relief Fund application is open now until March 12th at 5 p.
