## Disaster Response and Recovery Fund Established by The Paisley Foundation, Inc. and WesBanco, Inc. in June 2025, the Disaster Response and Recovery Fund supports nonprofits active in disaster response and recovery in the CFOV's service area for the direct assistance of individuals impacted by the disaster.
The main purpose of the Fund is for long-term disaster recovery in communities in the Foundation’s service area that are impacted by disasters such as floods, derechos, tornados, etc. that cause displacement, loss of property, damage to property, and other disruptions to daily life.
The primary purpose of the Fund is long-term disaster recovery, but the Fund may also be used for immediate emergency needs and response after a disaster occurs in the CFOV’s service area. The Food Security Fund supports nonprofits working to increase food security for individuals and households across the 8-county region served by the CFOV.
## CFOV Unrestricted Fund The Community Impact Fund makes grants to nonprofits working on substance abuse prevention/treatment, next generation leadership/mentoring, youth recreation/activities, programs that enhance economic development and workforce development, and programs that assist households designated as ALICE. These flexible funds are awarded each year through a competitive grantmaking process.
The Women's Giving Circle supports nonprofits focused on women and girls that address the following needs: life skills of women and girls, economic empowerment, physical and mental health, violence and crime, healthy development and personal authority of young girls, and awareness-raising of gender disparities in our community. The Brooke/Hancock Fund supports nonprofits working in Brooke and Hancock counties in WV.
The Jefferson County Fund supports nonprofits working in Jefferson County, OH. The Marshall County Fund supports nonprofits working in Marshall County, WV. The Wetzel County Fund supports nonprofits working in Wetzel County, WV.
