High Contrast Mode On or Off switch Office of Policy and Management District Repair and Improvement Project District Repair and Improvement Project Pursuant to Section 10-265u of the CT General Statutes, the District Repair and Improvement Project (DRIP) Program provides direct grants to Public School Operators (PSOs) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and forward. Grants will be processed through an annual certification process.
PSO Chief Executive Officers will complete a certification form by April 15 th , and funds will be disbursed by June 30 th . An annual expense report will be due from the PSO Chief Financial Officer on or before September 1 st outlining eligible expenses and balance.
