Diversity Scholarship

Diversity Scholarship is sponsored by Brooklyn Comedy Collective (BCC). The BCC Diversity Scholarship provides access to marginalized voices who cannot afford a comedy class, regardless of prior experience. It welcomes all students regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, income level, etc.

Diversity Scholarship — Brooklyn Comedy Collective (BCC) The BCC Diversity Scholarship is dedicated to providing access for marginalized voices who are unable to afford a comedy class. No prior comedy/writing experience is needed to apply. All skill levels are welcome!

BCC is dedicated to providing opportunities that welcome all students regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, income level, etc. Applicants may receive the diversity scholarship twice: once for a one-day workshop and once for a full-length class. With everything going on and being in quarantine these classes were something I looked forward to every week and really helped me stay grounded and have a creative outlet. I loved being able to work on my craft and acquire new skill sets and the class structure was so well organized. I had a blast and learned so much from both my teacher and classmates!
