DOI - HQ Experienced Services Program is sponsored by Department of the Interior. The Experienced Services Program (ESP) will provide support to Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of the Secretary program offices and divisions. Special emphasis will be placed on projects that support policy and program initiatives in support of DOI land and water resources.
ESP participants will provide technical assistance and support to the DOI in the development and execution of projects that benefit the public. This program will provide opportunities to qualified individuals 55 years of age and older, who have specific technical skills and abilities not available or underrepresented at current DOI staffing levels. ESP participants will not replace or displace current DOI employees.
