For the first time, AI infrastructure is elevated to priority status alongside manufacturing, construction, nuclear energy, shipbuilding, domestic mineral production, and IT — funding Registered Apprenticeship programs that build, manage, and apply AI tools as part of a national push toward one million apprentices.
