3% OPPD Dollar & Energy Saving Loans | DWEE NE 3% OPPD Dollar & Energy Saving Loans Omaha Public Power District's Residential or Small-Medium Businesses Eligible for 3% Interest Loans for Qualifying Energy Saving Projects In partnership with the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE), OPPD is offering Dollar and Energy Saving Loans on pre-qualified projects.
Due to a blended source of funding, this program offers OPPD residential and small-to-medium (SMB) business customers access to low-interest loans at 3% or less* for pre-qualified energy saving measures. * Final annual percentage rates (APR) may vary by lender and loan fees charged. To qualify for 3% OPPD-Participated Loans, you must meet the following criteria: Be an OPPD residential or small-to-medium business (SMB) customer.
SMB customers must be on rate 230 or 231. * *Limited SMB loans are available, please contact your designated OPPD Account Executive prior to applying. Or e-mail OPPD at: businesscustomerservice@oppd.
com Premise of the project must be completed in OPPD's Nebraska service territory. Have a property that is permitted for energy-efficient upgrades. Financial lenders may have additional parameters such as proof of income, credit score, etc. Maximum Combined Loan Value $30,000 Interest Maximum 3% or less Loan Term Length Variable based on the lender and application completed Interested in an Energy-Saving Loan for your business?

Form 2 (22-012_2) Door, Window, Wall and Ceiling Projects Application. Insulation Added, Seal leaking Doors and Windows, Wall and Ceiling Insulation, Caulking and Sealing Building Envelope (if your project includes roofing, siding, new windows or doors you must attach supplemental forms 2 Roofing (22-013_2-1) , 2 Siding (...) , or 2 Window/Door (22-015_2-3) ).

After DWEE reviews your project and reserves funds for your loan, your lender will notify you to proceed with your project. Will my credit be checked? Credit checks are at your lender’s discretion.
