Description: A detailed financial explanation that describes and justifies the estimated costs associated with each component of a proposed project or program for which funding is being requested. Letter from the Ordinary (or Request Letter) Description: A signed letter on official letterhead from the Bishop/Archbishop/Cardinal or a Congressional Leader or Provincial acknowledging the project.
