Funding is available to cover the cost of wheelchair ramps, stairlifts, accessible bathrooms, light weight strollers, adaptations for those who are deaf or have limited hearing, etc. For more information on eligibility requirements or to request an application please contact Project Connect at 877-827-2666 .
