Down Payment Assistance - INHP - Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership If you are ready to own a home, but you’re worried about saving for a down payment, INHP can help. We offer down payment assistance funds to qualified homebuyers who use one of our loan options. A down payment is an amount of money that most lenders require you have saved to put toward the purchase of a home.
INHP clients who meet the eligibility requirements of an INHP loan program may be eligible for thousands of dollars in down payment assistance (DPA) funds from INHP. * INHP's DPA funds are only available with an INHP mortgage loan. Other lenders may provide different options, which you can explore through INHP.
