Qualifying Improvements: Exterior lighting, painting, repairs or upgrades to stucco, stone, masonry, windows, or framing, as well as the installation of canopies, awnings, umbrellas, fans, cooling equipment, decorative fencing, signage, landscaping or patio furniture. How much can I apply for? Qualified applicants who receive approval for the program are eligible to receive up to $10,000 in grant funding upon completion of project.
Time to complete: The project must be completed within 90 days of notice of award, unless approved for an amended timeline. How to apply? Complete the online application and staff will be in touch with you.
