Small Business Façade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program Provides a matching grant up to $50,000 reimbursement of costs for façade, site and building improvements to underutilized properties located in the City of Orlando.

Business Assistance Program Provides a matching grant up to $20,000 to off-set permit fees, impact fees and right of way infrastructure improvements for new and expanding businesses in the City of Orlando. Apply for Orlando Graffiti Removal Assistance The City of Orlando Take Action Against Graffiti (TAAG) Program is designed to assist in the removal and abatement of graffiti throughout the City of Orlando.

The TAAG Program provides financial assistance to business owners and private property owners to promptly remove unwanted graffiti from buildings that are visible from the right-of-way. Not-for-Profit Impact Fee Assistance Program Provides a matching grant up to $50,000 to eligible 501(c)3 organizations to off-set sewer and transportation impact fees.

Transportation Impact Fee Waiver Provides up to a $20,000 reimbursement to offset change of use transportation impact fees for qualifying businesses expanding or relocating in the City of Orlando.

Community Contribution Tax Credit Program The Community Contribution Tax Credit Program (CCTCP) provides a financial incentive (up to 50% tax credit or sales tax refund) to encourage Florida businesses to make donations toward community development and housing projects for low-income persons.

Allows customers who are charged impact fees to pay in two payments: 50 percent of the impact fees at permit issuance and 50 percent due before final inspection. Targeted Revitalization Site Redevelopment Pilot Program Provides a 10 year, 50 percent real property tax refund on the city portion of the new tax increment generated by a qualifying project.

DTO Historic Redevelopment Incentive Program The DTO Historic Redevelopment Incentive Program aims to encourage private sector investments to renovate and restore eligible properties within Orlando’s Downtown Historic District. The DTO Façade Program encourages building owners, businesses, and owners of historical residential properties to invest in their properties by financially assisting with renovations to rehabilitate the property.

The STRIVE Orlando Program's purpose is to create a new performance-based local job incentive program to assist in advancing broad-based prosperity in the City of Orlando and Greater Orlando region. Urban Job Tax Credit Program Provides up to $2,000 for each new job created as a tax credit toward either Florida Corporate Income Tax or Florida Sales and Use Tax.

Orlando Economic Enhancement District – Brownfields Program Provides up to $500,000 in tax credits and tax refunds for the cleanup and rehabilitation of sites potentially contaminated with hazardous materials. Provides a temporary deferral of inclusion in taxable income for capital gains reinvested, step up in basis for capital gains reinvested and permanent exclusion from taxable income of capital gains from sale or exchange.

Special Food Service Liquor License/Special Zones House Bill 1647 allows smaller restaurants to be eligible for a Special Food Service (SFS) liquor license if they are located within the Downtown Community Redevelopment Area and Orlando Main Street Districts.
