Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP) is sponsored by City of Jacksonville. Supports programs in affordable housing, workforce housing, economic development, and homelessness mitigation in Eastside neighborhoods.

Jacksonville. gov - Eastside Community Grants Program Grants and Contract Compliance Division (GCCD) Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP) Eastside Community Grants Program The Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP) was established through Ordinance 2026-0036-E, as outlined in Chapter 118, Part 9.

The program provides funding for programs, services, projects and initiatives supporting affordable housing, workforce housing, economic development and mitigation of homelessness in the Eastside, as defined in the Supplemental Jacksonville Stadium Community Benefits Agreement approved and authorized by Ordinance 2024-905-E.

The program provides a process through which funds are made available for the Eastside Strategic Focus through the Supplemental Jacksonville Stadium Community Benefits Agreement, approved and authorized by Ordinance 2024-905-E.

Funds will be distributed within the Eastside neighborhoods of Campbells Additions, Fairfield, Longbranch, Oakland and Phoenix to support organizations operating or administering programs, services, projects or initiatives related to affordable housing, workforce housing, economic development and/or mitigation of homelessness in the Eastside.

Fiscal Year 2026 application The Fiscal Year 2026 application will open Wednesday, July 1, 2026. To be added to the Eastside Community Grants Program distribution list, complete the distribution list form . Provide your name, title, organization and contact number.

ECGP Application, in the format outlined in Chapter 118, Part 9: Eastside Community Grants Program ECGP Certificate of Good Standing Must be issued within the 12 months preceding the grant application deadline. The organization must have been in existence for at least two years before the Eastside Grants Program deadline.

ECGP Fiscal Balance Sheet Provide balance sheets for the last two completed fiscal years for the initial grant cycle. ECGP Statement of Income and Expenses Provide statements for the last two completed fiscal years for the initial grant cycle. Alternative Financial Disclosure Form, if applicable Two years of completed, filed tax returns for the initial grant cycle.
