eBay Up & Running Grant Program - Hello Alice eBay Live x Up & Running Grant Program eBay is giving back to the small businesses powering America. The eBay Live x Up & Running Grant is supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs — this time with a focus on live selling.
The eBay Live x Up & Running Grants, presented in partnership with Hello Alice and eBay, are here to help a new generation of entrepreneurs take their business to the next level. This program gives sellers the opportunity to become a leading eBay Live seller through grants, education, and support — turning live selling into real growth.
Through the eBay Live x Up & Running Grants, ten business owners will be selected to catapult their growth trajectory by scaling their business with eBay Live.
Each grantee will receive: 1-on-1 onboarding, management, and marketing support with the eBay Live Team A full kit of pro-level live selling equipment Grantees will be able to connect directly with buyers, build a loyal audience, and sell premium inventory live — turning engagement into sales and long-term growth.
To be eligible, the applicant must be: The leading executive (Founder, President, CEO, CFO, COO, or similar title) of the business A legal resident of one of the fifty United States, D. C.
, or Puerto Rico At least 18 years old (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS) Be an active seller on the eBay platform on or before December 1, 2025, with a seller rating of “Above Standard” or “Top Rated” Not be a recipient of any previous rounds of the eBay Up & Running program All sellers are eligible to apply, including current eBay Live sellers and those interested in joining the platform Applicants will be required to submit a video response as part of the application.

Each entrepreneur will receive $10,000 in cash to grow their business, a $500 stipend for essential technology from eBay Refurbished, and access to eBay’s education and seller resources to help them scale.
