This program provides essential financial resources to help small businesses, startups, and community organizations thrive, promote sustainable economic growth, and create job opportunities for Charles City residents. The EDA Grant Program is open to a wide range of applicants, including: Small businesses in operation for at least six months Startups with a sound business plan and growth potential Nonprofit and community organizations that support economic development Projects that contribute to job creation, infrastructure, or community development To apply for a grant, businesses and organizations should complete the following steps: Review the Guidelines: Ensure that your project aligns with one of the program’s grant categories.
