Grant Report Forms – Kenedy Memorial Foundation Status Reports must be filed within 12 months after funding of the grant (for any grant of $5,001 or more) within 60 days after the project is completed, whichever is sooner. The Foundation will not accept applications from a grant recipient which has failed to file timely status reports for a previous grant.
If this report is required, we strongly encourage recipients to complete and send (via email to kme@kenedy. org ) the Final Grant Status Report as soon as funds are expended . If you email this form, you do not need to also send in a hard copy.
