Education Technology Grants is sponsored by Catholic United Financial Foundation Grant Programs. This grant program awards grants to Catholic schools or parishes in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin to support hardware and software that benefit the student population.

Grants provided by Catholic United Financial and its members help parishes, Catholic schools, ministries and other organizations in the Upper Midwest expand their efforts to do the most good in their communities. Please note, grant programs are limited to individuals and organizations located in the areas where Catholic United Financial is licensed to do business: Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

We want to see Catholic communities thrive and grow. Grants are available to support local events. A great opportunity to boost your event fundraising efforts in support of Catholic education.

Member Assistance Matching Grants This grant is available to Catholic United Financial members experiencing financial hardship due to traumatic illness or natural disaster. To qualify, a local fundraiser must be held in support of the member, and the program will match the funds raised dollar for dollar with a grant of up to $1,000.

Catholic United Financial Foundation Grant Programs Education Technology Grants This grant program awards grants up to $500 to Catholic schools or parishes in support of hardware and software that benefit the student population.

Chastity and Abstinence Education Grants Grants up to $1,000 are awarded to schools or parishes in support of programs, events, curriculum or other media that offer education to youth in a collaboration with other parishes, youth groups, schools, regional or diocesan-wide efforts.

This grant provides financial assistance to individuals affected by natural disasters in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota who can demonstrate out-of-pocket expenses. org or call 1-877-275-7145. Click or Tap Here to Apply for a Grant The Monsignor Richard J. Schuler Seminarian Fund was created to help seminarians with basic living expenses so they can concentrate on their studies and answer their call to the priesthood.

Seminarians studying for the priesthood in the Dioceses served by the Catholic United Financial Foundation are eligible to apply for a grant. The online grant application period is Oct. 1-31 every year.

*Membership must be attained at least one year prior to the date of the fundraising event. Catholic United provides its Parish Volunteer Teams with seed money to help them kick start their activities for the year based on the previous activity and membership rolls, averaging at $1,100 per year. Supplement your parish/school events that are service, faith or socially focused with grants up to $500 each, or $1,500 total.

This program provides a match of up to $1,000 when your Parish Volunteer Team hosts a fundraiser in support of a school or R. E. program.

The Catholic Schools Raffle is an annual fundraiser that helps schools in MN, SD and ND raise tens of millions of dollars. Schools average $12,000 raised through this program. The Catholic United Financial Foundation offers parishes, schools and dioceses grants up to $1,000 to offset costs of curriculum, programs and events that promote chastity and abstinence.

The Catholic United Financial Foundation offers parishes and schools grants up to $500 to pay for technology that will be used for education. MinisTREE is a volunteer reward program that pays a parish when volunteers complete assigned tasks. Earn $5 per task, up to $500 annually.
