** Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) provides one-time grants for urgent needs that threaten a person’s health, housing, or stability. These funds can be used for emergency expenses, such as housing costs, medical, dental, vision, or hearing needs, as well as utility bills when service is at risk of termination or disconnection. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply.

org Client Services Coordinator/Housing Navigator The Eviction Prevention (EP) grant offers financial support to help cover move-in costs (such as security deposits or first month’s rent) or to prevent eviction once every three years. A referral from a case manager, social worker, or attorney is required. Eligible individuals may receive up to $1,000 per grant cycle based on need.
