The Emergency Housing Assistance Program helps Ohioans who need rental, mortgage, and utility assistance. Households and individuals can apply for assistance through their local Community Action Agency.

USDA RD Multifamily Rental Assistance Program provides payments to owners of USDA-financed projects on behalf of low-income tenants unable to pay their full rent.
