Emergency Housing & Utility Assistance (Kent County Community Action) is sponsored by Kent County Community Action. Kent County Community Action provides financial assistance for homeless prevention and utility bills whenever funding is available. This program aims to help individuals and families avoid homelessness and maintain essential utility services.
