Eligible applicants must: Be 62 years of age or older; Have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI); and Occupy the property as their primary residence, and the property must be located within Reno city limits. Our community partner, Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada (RTNNV), is managing the application process on behalf of the program.
