Housing Programs You Can Apply For All program requests are subject to funding availability. Eligibility is based on household income, residency and program requirements. First Mortgage Loan (FMLP) Direct financial assistance as a repayable first mortgage to purchase an eligible single-family home.
Gap financing, down payment, closing cost, and related support for eligible first-time homebuyers. Assistance for eligible homeowners with delinquent mortgage, taxes, insurance, and HOA fees to help avoid foreclosure. Owner-occupied repair assistance to address code violations, health and safety issues, or accessibility needs.
Support for urgent roofing, electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, and other eligible emergency needs. Assistance for eligible homeowners with sewer or water connection fees and service line installation. Support to demolish eligible dilapidated structures and build or purchase replacement housing.
Housing repair, rent, utility, and related support for households impacted by declared disasters. Assistance for eligible applicants to acquire a first home through acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction.
