In order to be eligible for assistance, participants must be literally homeless (camping, sleeping in a vehicle, staying in a shelter or staying in a hotel paid for by a charitable organization) or facing eviction. Availability of funding is limited, first come, first serve basis. Please contact the Human Resource Council office for more information.
