Housing Emergency Solutions Program National Housing Trust Fund Housing Emergency Solutions Program Housing Emergency Solutions Program Federally known as the Emergency Solutions Grant Program The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is responsible for administering the Missouri State Allocation of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Emergency Solutions Grant Program funds.
These funds are provided through a federal grant from the HUD under the Emergency Solutions Grant program, as amended by the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009 (HEARTH Act). A NOFA and Allocation Plan are issued for funding annually. The Commission approves the NOFA annually.
